Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy for all appointments booked with Spark Service PRO in South Florida, USA.
General Cancellation Policy
- Standard Appointments:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure our team confirms the cancellation request.
- For after-hours cancellations, please leave a detailed message including your name, address, and appointment time.
- Same-Day Appointments:
- Cancellations for same-day appointments must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
- If cancellations are not made within the required time frame, the following fees will apply:
- Electrical appliance service calls: $100 (plus applicable taxes)
- Gas appliance service calls: $150 (plus applicable taxes).
- Payment of the cancellation fee is required within 24 hours of the original appointment time.

Please note our business hours when planning your appointment or cancellation:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
